½ cup yellow mustard seeds

½ cup brown mustard seeds

1 cup Firewalker Passionfruit Orange Guava Kombucha

½ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions

Soak the seeds: In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine yellow and brown mustard seeds with kombucha and apple cider vinegar. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 24–48 hours until the seeds absorb most of the liquid.

Blend: Transfer the soaked seeds and any remaining liquid to a blender or food processor. Add honey and sea salt.

Process to desired texture: Blend until smooth or leave slightly grainy for a traditional stone-ground style.

Taste and adjust: Add more honey for sweetness, vinegar for sharpness, or kombucha for tang.
