Jazz Up Your Tea

Brew as directed, sweeten if desired, and chill and pour over ice. Add a splash of lemonade and a lemon wheel for a classic and delicious summer beverage.

Directions

Hot: Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of boiling water. Steep for 3–4 minutes, strain, and enjoy. 

Iced (16 oz cup): Steep 3 teaspoons in 8–10 oz of hot water for 4 minutes. Strain and pour over a full glass of ice.

For Kombucha Brewing: Use approximately 1 oz of tea per gallon of water. Steep for 4–6 minutes, strain, cool to room temperature, and proceed with your fermentation process.
